VESTCHEM is a Ukrainian full-cycle manufacturing company that has been operating in the metalworking industry for over a decade. We specialize in the design, manufacture and maintenance of mechanical equipment, including industrial presses and related metal structures. Our experience and capabilities allow us to implement standard projects and non-standard technical solutions tailored to the needs of a specific customer.

We work with open and closed presses, single and double acting. The force of our presses is from 250 to 4000 kN, which allows us to cover a wide range of production needs - from small-scale stamping to large-scale machine-building production.

What we do

• Design of mechanical presses. We develop equipment for specific production tasks. Our engineers prepare a full package of technical documentation - from drawings to load calculations and strength analysis. In the processof manufacturing mechanical presses,we take into account operating conditions, product type, room dimensions and other critically important factors.
• Press manufacturing. In our own workshop, we manufacture industrial presses in accordance with approved technical documentation. All stages — welding, machining, assembly, testing — are carried out under strict quality control. Each unit undergoes mandatory testing for compliance with technical parameters and safety.
• Repair of mechanical pressesand their modernization. We carry out full diagnostics of the equipment. We restore the geometry of the units, replace worn elements, update hydraulic and electronic control systems. We carry out major repairs of both our own and third-party models - regardless of the manufacturer.
• Production of briquetting machines. We develop and manufacture equipment for pressing shavings, sawdust, metal and wood waste into dense briquettes. This solution is relevant for enterprises that need to optimize logistics, storage and secondary processing of production residues.

Manufacturing of metal frames and supporting structures. Strong load-bearing elements for machines, platforms, modules and equipment. We can work both according to the customer's drawing and fully implement a turnkey project - from sketch to painting.

• Our production site is equipped with modern equipment that allows us to perform full-cycle metal processing:

  
  
• Laser cutting of sheet metal. Accuracy to tenths of a millimeter. Ideal for manufacturing complex parts without additional machining.
• Laser cutting of pipes. We process round, square and rectangular profiles. High accuracy of holes and cuts for subsequent welding or assembly.
• Metal bending. We bend sheets and profiles in compliance with geometry. We guarantee the absence of cracks, breaks and deformations.
• Powder coating. We provide a durable decorative and protective coating. We paint housings, frames, panels and frames with high adhesion and resistance to external influences.
• Milling. We process parts with complex geometry for the mechanical engineering and energy industries.
• Turning work. We manufacture precise metal parts: shafts, bushings, couplings, threaded elements - both individually and in series.
