Technologies we use

Depending on the task and the selected metal, the following methods are used:

• Gravity casting is a classic method of pouring metal into a mold under the influence of gravity. Ideal for medium and large products.
• Injection molding— Molten metal is forced into a mold under high pressure. This provides a dense structure and precise geometry. Suitable for complex parts where high repeatability is required.
• Sand casting is a versatile technology for single and small batches. It allows you to create both simple and complex shapes.
• Casting in shell molds allows for high surface quality and clear display of small elements.
