Who we are and what we can do

VESTKHIM is a Ukrainian manufacturer with a strong base in Ivano-Frankivsk. We create equipment for mechanical engineering, woodworking, agroprocessing, utilities, service stations, factories and workshops operating in various industries.

We have our own engineering department, fully equipped production, welding and painting departments, a fleet of modern CNC machines and processing lines. We work on projects of any complexity - from a single product to serial production.

We do not depend on intermediaries. We develop, manufacture, test and support ourselves. This is what allows us to guarantee the quality of each component.

What we produce: working areas

Our main focus is the design, manufacture and modernization of press equipment. This includes:

• mechanical presses (from 250 to 4000 kN),
• hydraulic presses for service stations, industrial lines and private use,
• presses for fuel briquettes - including for alternative fuels.

We develop and manufacture dies - cutting, bending, combined. We provide services for stamping parts from ferrous and non-ferrous metal.

Metal processing.

• laser cutting of sheet metal and pipes (steel, stainless steel),
• metal bending with an accuracy of up to 0.01 mm,
• milling and turning work taking into account complex geometry,
• welding work (manual, semi-automatic, TIG, MIG/MAG, robotic),
• galvanic coatings, hot and cold galvanizing,
• powder coating up to 6 m long.

Casting and manufacturing of parts:

• Casting of parts under pressure and in sand molds,
• Manufacturing of housings, supports, flanges, fasteners, unique parts,
• Complete work according to drawings or 3D samples.

We develop and manufacture engineering solutions for specific tasks: platforms, frames, auxiliary components, metal structures. Everything takes into account operating conditions, loads, and geometry.

In addition to production, we offer commercial and industrial premises for rent in Ivano-Frankivsk. Warehouses, production areas, areas with communications - everything is ready to launch without delay
